Roma Close To Signing Nicola Bellomo?

According to La Roma Siamo Noi, the representative of Bari starlet Nicola Bellomo has informed that he is in negotiations along with AS Roma about a possible transfer.

The almost twenty-two-year-old is an attacking midfielder who is being scouted by a several major-flight clubs.

AC Milan began negotiations with Bari this week, although it is more likely that Roma and Inter are better positioned to acquire the player.

Agent Davide Lippi added: “I can state that Roma are one of a number of teams interested in Bellomo,”

“The Giallorossi are extremely attracted in the youngster, but I can’t actually reveal too much more as this is a quite sensitive segment.”


“We tend to negotiate with La Maggica, that's a fact, but we’ll need to see what happens after that.”

Bellomo’s contract with the popular "i Galletti " will expire in June 2014.
