AS Roma head coach Zdenek Zeman prepares for tomorrow night’s match against Napoli and hopes to convey the wave of enthusiasm, and at the same time warns “Roma have to improve.”

The Romanisti concluded 2012 with a 4-2 victory versus AC Milan, that suggests they’ve triumphed 6 of their last 7 fixtures.

“Everybody is in good form and no one complained for jet-lag,” pointed out the manager after a winter preparing camp spell in Florida, USA.

“Despite the fact that they are included in the team, Francesco Totti as well as Pablo Osvaldo are not one hundred per cent ready.”

“It was perfect for the players to have
regular communication together with the team owners in America. At the moment, they understand that there is a real team behind them.”

La maggica will play against Napoli on Sunday evening and "Il Mister" faces his previous Pescara starlet Lorenzo Insigne.

“Insigne is my student. He put 50 goals with me and I am glad he is building his spot at Napoli. The entire group is proving to be an important one and they will improve additionally on the transfer period in January.

“Will Roma be making modifications in the half-season? I recognize this to be a ideal group, but still it’s only normal that up until January 31 there will be a lot of names bandied about. Certain number of the rumors will be true, others false.

“I am satisfied to know my footballers are hunted by other teams, which means that they are doing effectively. Who did I ask for? Cristiano Ronaldo along with Leo Messi,” joked "Il Boemo".

“It is nice to know we have chemistry around the side. It’s generally better than hopelessness, after all. The current Serie A table shows we could’ve performed more and will try to be more effective.

“We are a excellent team, but however, we need to demonstrate it in the 2nd half of the season.”
