Roma defender Marquinhos was taken off the Stadio Olimpico field after the accidental clash with Fredy Guarin.
Looking at how he walked off he didn’t look too bad, and we’ll have to hope that some ice on the foot, and an examination and scan will prove it’s not a major injury.
The 18-year-old is doubtful for the Serie A clash against Bologna on Sunday.
Antonio Giannoccaro will referee the match and will be adequately assisted by Paganessi, Preti, Nicoletti, Orsato and Velotto.
