Totti Is Willing To Play Untill He Is 50

Il Capitano has spent his whole career at AS Roma and keeps to play a key role - netting 6 goals already this season.

When asked about the future holds, it is obvious that retirement from football is far away from his thoughts.

"I'm encouraged by the fact that our president James Pallotta has said that he hopes that I will score the 1st goal in the new arena and I think that I will be capable to do that as well, beside the fact it is 4 years away," he informed TRS.

"Can I play before I am 50 years old? I would say maybe, it could be tough but nothing is impossible!"

And with the capital team sitting on the
6th position in Serie A in the first half of the season, Francesco confessed he is eager to bring an end to his side's long delay for silverware in 2013.

"During the 2013, I hope to maintain to play as I have been doing recently. This is a desire for myself, however I suppose that the supporters will hope for the same object" he continued.

"With a bit of luck we can collect a trophy or a championship as soon as possible simply because it has been a very long time."
