The attacker, after a clash with Nicolas Burdisso, was on the ground and then the physio applied ice compound on his right knee.
The seriousness of of his injury will be known in the next 24-48 hours.
The first diagnosis of the accident speaks of 'blunt trauma' and for a couple of days it will be clear if the Italo-Argentine will be available for the trip to Sicily.
