Torosidis, who plays at right-back, has agreed a contract with the Serie A club, for a fee of €2.5 million, and will undergo a medical imminently.
The 27-year-old recently announced he would not be renewing his contract with the Greek Super League leaders, which expires in June, with Fulham registering their interest before the intervention of the Giallorossi.
The defender, who can play in central midfield and on the right flank as well as at full-back, will move to Stadio Olimpico
this month subject to passing a medical.
The Greek giants have decided to cash in on the player rather than risk losing him on a free transfer this summer.
