The 26-year-old also suggested that his own performances have improved thanks to feeling Andreazzoli's confidence in him, which he believes is crucial for any player to have.
"For a player, the coach's confidence is vital because you enter a match focused."
"If there is no confidence, you
can be unfocused and have doubts, and so it's difficult to do well."
"Andreazzoli has brought happiness, we are always laughing and we're happy. He's always determined with a lot of motivation."
Marquinho added that he feels Andreazzoli's tactics have brought more balance to the team, particularly in defence where they struggled under Zdenek Zeman, and this should help the team to achieve its aim of Champions League football.
"Before, it was only about attacking and scoring goals. Now we are improving the defence with toughness and concentration."
"While there is still the possibility of finishing in third place, we have to keep trying for it", he concluded.
